BankWebForms is a complete software package that handles all your web form and consumer product search needs. It is designed for any size bank or credit union to collect client information from the internet and offer your product searches that use your actual guidelines and pricing strategies based such as fico score, LTV etc. Your clients and potential clients can then search your product lines and retrieve actual answers about your rates with monthly payments, APRs, annual returns and APYs. Then, an appropriate secure form/application is presented to them so they can easily do business with you 24/7. The software simply makes sense because in today's world, your clients want to conduct business with you any time of day or night. This software allows you to pick up that extra business as well as offering a professional website consistent with today's technology.
Form Security
Our system is local to your internal computers alone. A user fills in one of your forms on the internet with your secure site. The information from the form is then automatically transmitted to your internal computers using 1024bit SMIME encryption by OpenSSL[1]. We use Versign's Digital ID's for the SMIME encryption. Our system then uses Microsoft's CryptoAPI using your private key to decode the client information. This same encryption/decryption is used by the FDA as indicated by Versign. This means all credit information, borrower information and form information is securely transmitted and stored locally on your computers for your access only. Also, no consumer data is ever saved on your internet server nor any other server.
OpenSSL[1] has been approved by NIST.
Microsoft's CryptoAPI has also been approved by NIST. (The Windows 2000 Microsoft CSPs have received the Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140-1 Level 1 certification by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).)
So, your customer information is completely safe since we use public/private key encryption/decryption software for our product approved by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Form Attachments
Any form can request attachments so your form information collection is complete. For example, the consumer loan application allows attaching pay-stubs and the employment application attaches a resume. Then, when the system brings in the form, you can print or view the attachment and is remains connected to the file.
We can also add any type of attachment you may require from your client. Like, the form information is securely encrypted, all attachments are encrypted using your Versign digital ID public key so only you can decode the information.
Intelligent Form Routing
Any form can be routed to a specific branch, department or individual. Wherever the form is routed only those targeted will receive an email notification. Also, only those that are targeting will see the form in their list. This way, you can respond to the customer request in the most efficient way possible.
Ease of Use
We have worked hard with our system to make it as user friendly as possible. Specifically, we designed it to display the actual internet form on your screen with all data filled in that was submitted by the user. This way, any type of form, such as a change of address form, will appear exactly as it did for the client with all the fields filled in. Then, you may print the form, display it or upload it to your existing software.
Connectivity
Our system is easily customized to export the web form information to your existing software like your consumer loan processing system, for example. This way, when an application comes in, it is automatically converted and routed to your existing software. Your staff will then receive an email indicating an application has been received.
Customization
We can change any of our existing forms to suite your needs. In addition, we are also available to add any additional forms you may need at any time. For example, you can add a form for a client address change. The form submission can be targeted to a specific person in the company. Once the change is approved, the data can be uploaded into your existing software. In fact, you can add all forms on the internet required by the bank such that a client can bank with you completely from the internet if they so choose.
Product Search
We can add additional product lines but at this time, the software supports product searching for new/used auto rates, new/used motor home rates, new/used motorcycle rates, new/used recreational vehicle rates, CD's, checking accounts, savings accounts, IRA's, 2nd mortgages, construction loans, unsecured loans, and real estate secured loans. Also, any loan search contains your specific pricing adjustments for fico, ltv's and whatever else you may use. In addition, your loan guidelines are built in to the search such that the search results never exceed your fico/ltv/loan amount limits based on the user input. In short, the search can completely entail your entire guideline and pricing strategy. This way, your client can can actually know they qualify for your product and retrieve actual pricing based on their profile. More important, all product searches occur on your website. This way, you do not have to redirect your clients to some other third party website to perform the search and calculations.
